1.  Butterfly Valve

AGE231 Series

AGE231 Series Concentric butterfly valve-the rotating center of the spherical disc and shaft which coincide with the center of the spherical seat and body interfering each other at specified position- is composed of an elastic seat, and excels in economical efficiency in large facilities, tight shut-off, low pressure drop and high recovery characteristic. Hard bonded rubber seated AGE231 Series provides various excellencies as compared others.

AGE451 Series

Standard AGE HP Butterfly valve is designed for medium low pressure and temperature ratings(16BarG/203℃) using carbon filled TFE and flexible profile of seat. Unique construction of dual seat provides excellent endurance to the thermal deformations of the body, valve disc and seat ring. This enables AGE HP Butterfly valve to be applied to medium low pressure saturated steam, water and oil shut off service.

AGE54 Series

Standard AGE 3-Off Set butterfly valve may be substituted for the gate, globe and metal seated ball valve in service rating up to 500℃, 40BarG. (650℃, 63Bar order made) The flexibility of laminating seat and engagement angle of triple eccentric disc assure long service life and provide tight shut-off requirement under considerable variation of service temperature. These properties permit AGE541 series can be applied to saturated and super heated steam service with facilities of operating and economic efficiency as compared with globe and gate valve.

AGE461 series is designed with the rubber energized PTFE seat and PTFE molded stainless steel disc to satisfy the pressure endurance and chemical resistance.

 

2.Pneumatic Valve

AGE30G Series

AGE 30, 33 series pneumatic globe control valve provides high shut off for differential pressure rating, excellent tightness, compact and light weight. High thrust and stiffness than comparable diaphragm actuator offer higher positioning accuracy and repeatability. Unique design of actuator allows simple and easy maintenance.

AGE 30/33 series quarter turn control valves provide solutions to high frequency operating and high differential pressure control service. Unique design of piston rack and parallel scotch yoke minimize rack moment and linear torque output.

AGE32 Series

AGE32 series pneumatic on off control valve provides mechanical step start or close function on AGE30 series to avoid any possible water hammer in water shut off service with standard butterfly or ball valve body. Self step function protects facilities and provides long service life. The pause time can easily be set and modified on field service.

Unique and uncomplicated pneumatic 1st pressure regulating valve provides solutions to upstream pressure control problems. AGE311 series can be used not only globe valve body but also specific quarter turn valves like HP butterfly valve designed with Anti-Blowout seat construction. This feature provides extremely low cost in large size services, desirable pump pressure control and convenient selecting/sizing procedures.
